According to MLS, this unit is 1318 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, private balcony, and separate utility room with washer and dryer. The rent is $1,150 a month and that includes water and HOA fees ($170/month) in the price of the rent. The HOA covers things such as 2 swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, exercise room, night security, and landscaping. We have a single car garage with shelving and one parking spot assigned to us.
